About the Role
Contractor · Part-Time · $18–$22/hr based on experience & job type
As a Residential & Commercial Cleaner at KL Cleaning, you’ll deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning for homes, condos, and offices across Edmonton. You’ll use checklists, safe products, and friendly communication to keep clients thrilled and spaces spotless.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning using our quality checklists.
- Detail kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and high-touch surfaces; restock supplies as needed.
- Follow safety procedures (PPE, product labels, lifting best practices).
- Communicate with dispatch via the Odoo mobile app; update job notes and photos.
- Provide courteous, on-time service and represent the KL Cleaning brand professionally.
What You’ll Bring
- Reliable transportation to client sites across Edmonton & area.
- Clear background check (we’ll guide you through the process).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing excellent work.
- Comfort using a smartphone app for schedules and checklists.
- Prior cleaning experience is an asset — we also provide training.
Training & Support: Onboarding, route coaching, eco-product training, and quality audits. Growth paths to Lead Tech and Supervisor are available.
